Nick Rohan is a capital strategist with experience raising private capital, executing acquisitions, and operating businesses in regulated consumer markets. He has managed manufacturing operations and multiple retail locations, overseeing capital deployment, procurement, vendor relationships, licensing, and regulatory compliance. His operating experience is complemented by expertise in brand development, creative direction, and commercial growth. At Compac Capital, Nick leads investment strategy, capital formation, acquisitions, and growth initiatives, including brand direction across the portfolio.

Justin Marshall is an experienced operator and entrepreneur with a background spanning logistics, technology, and real estate. He previously served as CEO of Propak and later as CEO and co-founder of Firebend, a supply-chain technology platform spun out of Propak. He has led large technology and operations teams and today owns and manages a nationwide commercial real estate portfolio exceeding one million square feet. At Compac Capital, Justin leads portfolio operations and value creation, working directly with management teams on organizational structure, systems, financial discipline, and execution.
